I'm in need of a team that is going to the U.S.F.T.L. nationals Jan.15and 16 in ORLANDO FLORIDA.The team I was formerly on lost it's sponser and is going in differnt directions.I have already payed for airfair and accomidations.I'm looking for a 8 man team (division not important ) that is in need of a center ,kicker that if given a chance can be a difference maker. This unfortunate timing has given me no other means to catch on with a team through this bulletin or simply show up at the coach's meeting with open arms to the first taker. If you need size ,experience and a team player please e-mail A.S.P.

dang! It messed up, oh well, you might need to know what I did with the tackle and center, they both go the direction the runner does not, so if its a reverse, they go to the right, a fake reverse, they go left, this opens up a wide space to go in fpor the score or large gain, it is really effective

this is a play we had great success with for 5 on 5 flag, it might work for some others too. Email me if this was any help to you.

QB hands off to the Tailback, Tailback runs to the left, hands it off to the halfback, classic reverse. We scored three touchdowns in two games with this play ONLY! Two on the reverse, and we faked it once that got us a touchdown(as in Tailback fakes the handof to the Halfback and runs to the left) again, tell me if this was of any help whatsoever. I'm pretty sure we'll use this next season, so tell me anything that could be added or taken from it to maximize the effectiveness, I really hope you can use this play, then tell me what worked and didn't work.

whats up with this? I go to FlagFootball.com and it won't let me in, all I get is the screen, no button to enter. By the way you guys still think that plays make the football team better? WRONG! Players make the football team better, the better your PLAYERS are, the better you will do

yo, anonymous, you don't need fancy plays. I watched this 11-12 year old 5 on 5 league that had three teams, and it was awesome though. There was this team with orange jerseys see, they had this one kid, number 4. He was so fast, nobody could catch him. He got handed or passed to 12 times, he scored on 8 of those attempts. And when he played cornerback, oh man, he had three interceptions in six games, all returned for touchdowns, this kid was huge, when he was on the field he only allowed three touchdowns all year, but his team lost and tied because he was only pon the field for about half the game, I won't go into detail about that. What I'm trying to say is, this team only had 6 plays, none of them were fancy, just handoffs. This team lost only one game, by four points. You don't need plays, you need good people on your team. This green team, they sucked. But I remember one time they did this double statue of liberty, boy was it messed up. You don't need fancy plays, you need good players, like that number 4

I am an avid afficionado of various teams in college football, especially those who run the option a lot. Even though teams today would like to pass the ball a lot, I still believe that the option still works today and many run-oriented teams have proven that despite such naysaying by other who want that "pro" look. Call me old-fashioned and/or conservative, but I just like to run the football and then pass every now and then. In the option game, the quarterback is just a running back who can throw. The quarterback has to take hits just like the running backs (including the wingbacks) do and they are not afraid to take hits from big linebackers and safeties (in fact many an option quarterback frequently knock down some of these linebackers and safeties). Let's just say that I have a lot of respect for football teams that utilize the option and a lot of misdirection running plays.
I also believe that the option can work for 7-on-7 screen block flag football. Despite the fact that flag football is mainly pass-oriented, the "modified" option for this type of football has just about as much effectiveness as it does in 11-man tackle football. There are many types of formations in 7-on-7 screen blocking flag football that has many similarities to the formations used in 11-man tackle football (such as Air Force Academy's 'wingbone' spread option offense; see earlier post to this bulletin board by me) that be used to the proportional degree in flag football as well. It does not have to be a strictly passing game. If you have any ideas, suggestions, comments, formations (7-on-7 ONLY) or any offensive option/mistirection running plays (7-on-7 ONLY)to discuss then give me an e-mail at bjc_96@hotmail.com
