I am amazed that these plays actually work. The teams in your league must be the least imaginitive defensive coaches in the history of football, ont to mention the least intelligent. In our league, the version of the option that you run would be no more than a simple sweep because the quarterback would be smacked in the mouth before he took three steps. But anyways, yall have a great day and install a real, more complicated offense.

I play on a 7on7 flag football team. We play indoors on turf. We need a little help with a few plays. Short and long yardage would be helpful. We are a good team but we need plays we can learn and execute in the hurry up. We have a few positions open for talented players in the CT area. On a pesonal note I love to play in shorts and the turf is really tearing up my knees. Any advice for first aid would be helpful. Anyone interested in playing email me anytime.
